What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & WhatGoesAroundNYC.com Online Gift Certificates.

Will I be charged tax?

We are required to collect local sales tax in New York.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

 After you click "Place Order" an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please email orders@whatgoesaroundnyc.com immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

When will my order ship?

Most Orders ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 40 other countries. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited. 

If Standard Shipping is selected, your order will ship via UPS unless the delivery address is a PO Box or APO/FPO. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package.

How much is shipping?

United States:

• Standard Shipping - $8.00 (3-7 business days)
• Two Day Delivery - $18.00 (2-3 business days)

Canada:

• USPS Priority Mail Canada - $8.00 (4-8 business days)
• USPS Express Mail Canada - $20.00 (3-5 business days)

International:

• USPS International Priority Mail - $35.00 (6-12 business days)
  
  Please note that any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Price adjustment policy

If an item from our website is marked down please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment, we will honor a one time price adjustment. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. 

We can only adjust prices for items purchased on the website.

Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
