Silk Kimono Haori
- Traditional Japanese Haori are shorter jackets with kimono-type sleeves that are designed to be worn over a traditional kimono and typically are cut as in one-size-fits-all sizing. They are not typically worn with an obi but instead are usually fastened with ties inside the jacket called 'himo', that are tied differently for each gender. The himo are often removable in Haori so that the wearer can change the color and design to their liking. Women's Haori jackets are more vibrant and vivid in color while men's tend to be more muted and subtle.
