Originally launched as the "2.55", the bag featured a rectangular turn-lock closure and a long chain strap, as Coco Chanel was tired of carrying her purse in her hands. Thanks to Karl Lagerfeld, the bag was updated to the Classic Flap we know, love, and recognize and featured a 'CC' closure instead. This pre-owned Chanel Classic Double Flap shoulder bag is rendered in black quilted lambskin leather and accented with gold-tone hardware.
