[caption id="attachment_2970" align="alignleft" width="242" caption="Jane Keltner deValle, photo courtesy of Klovermode.blogspot.com "][/caption] Teen Vogue's Fashion News Director and one of the chicest New Yorkers we know, Jane Keltner deValle, took time out of her busy-bee schedule to come visit us in SoHo! She styled a few fun looks, exploring ways to mix and match vintage with new and reminded us not to shy away from bold pops of color - even in the gloomy winter months. Read some of her tips below: Even though in fashion we're already talking and thinking about Spring, what's your favorite thing to wear right now when the weather's cold? Thakoon draped-hem sweater dresses. I have one in black and one in grey, and they are so comfortable and effortless I have to stop myself from wearing them every day. 5. Connie from Refinery29 at WGACA

Connie Wang from Refinery20 (in the WGACA Renata vest below!) dropped by to style a look from the WGACA Collection and answer a few questions! [caption id="attachment_1637" align="alignleft" width="303" caption="Connie in the WGACA Renata vest. "][/caption] What was your favorite piece currently at WGACA? That gingham jumpsuit (below) was pretty major, though I'd probably have to do a couple shots of Tequila before venturing out with the Barbie crotch it gives me. What is your favorite trend for fall? I'm really excited about cropped sweaters. It's the perfect silhouette to show off all my high-waisted bottoms. What are you most excited to wear now that the weather is colder? My crazily patterned knit leggings! They're in an electric fair isle print and I wear them underneath all my oversized shirts and sweaters. Who are your biggest style inspirations? The Internet at large. What has been your favorite vintage find? I have this mustard colored Jean Paul Gaultier dress that converts into an overcoat that I'm in love with. The best part--I copped it in the boonies, so I paid less for it than I did for lunch that day! Any vintage shopping secrets? I go home to visit my family in Minnesota a few times a year and I always scour the secondhand shops in town. The little old ladies get rid of the BEST things.
