When did you start making jewelry? I started making jewelry when I was styling for a few different magazines in New York. I would make custom pieces to be used in the stories and before I knew it, my friends started placing orders and I started my company.
Your best source of inspiration? Traveling will always inspire me as my jewelry is very multicultural. Occult imagery, symbols and magic have a huge impact on my designs. To me, jewelry is powerful and something that connects with your spirit as you wear it and I'm constantly influenced by that when making jewelry.
The best place to find vintage
? What Goes Around Comes Around! I'm always buying vintage rock tees.
Your favorite escape spot? My home in Brooklyn.
Your choice of decade for vintage clothing? The early '90s and always the '60s and '70s.
The best and worst winter trend? Worst: Uggs. Best: Cloaks
Reading anything interesting at the moment
? I'm re-reading a favorite classic, Catcher in the Rye
by J.D. Salinger.
Where do you see your brand in 5 years from now? I love working with other designers and artists, so a few more collaborations could be possible. I also see myself creating accessories beyond jewelry.
