A collectible 2019 version of Chanel's medium Classic Double Flap shoulder bag rendered in blue and multicolor denim, featuring signature diamond quilting and finished with pale gold-tone 'CC' turnlock and chain hardware. Few bags can claim that they have grown in popularity (and value) since 1955 -- and the Classic Flap is one of them. Originally launched as the "2.55", the bag featured a rectangular turn-lock closure and a long chain-strap, as Coco Chanel was tired of carrying her purse in her hands. Thanks to the creative genius of Karl Lagerfeld, the bag was updated to the Classic Flap we know, love, and recognize and featured the new logo 'CC' closure instead.
