Classic Speedy bag featuring the equally-as-iconic Damier Ebene checked canvas, with tonal brown leather trim, and gold-tone brass hardware. The Damier, which translates to "checkerboard" came to be in the year 1888 making for an understated but equally as iconic coated canvas print, perfect for everyday wear, in tonal brown, white and blue, or graphite.
About the Speedy: Designed as the perfect bag for city living (and as a smaller, more portable version of the Keepall), the Speedy was first introduced in the 30 cm size with the smaller 25 cm size only being added to the lineup in 1959 at the request of Audrey Hepburn. The bag now exists in a wide range of sizes and has been rendered in a variety seasonal colors and limited edition prints.
