Fauve brown Birkin rendered in Barenia leather and accented with Palladium hardware. Barenia is made from high-grade calf leather tanned in an intense process that takes up to six weeks to complete. Barenia is a very delicate leather and prone to scratching. It is a soft leather and bags made with this leather will eventually lose shape and have a buttery smooth, matte finish. Includes lock, two keys and clochette.
About the Birkin: When Hermes' own Jean-Louis Dumas sat down next to Jane Birkin on a flight he had no idea he was about to create history.
