Through Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton collaborated with Murakami in 2003. Murakami is a contemporary artist who works with painting, sculpture, and animation. The collaboration saw another reimagination of the Monogram, known as the Monogram Multicolore – crafted in technicolor with thirty-three silkscreened colors featured throughout the print. This limited edition Multicolore Courtney Pochette, named after celebrity Courtney Love, features edgy details combined with signature Louis Vuitton staples.
