When Hermes' own Jean-Louis Dumas sat down next to Jane Birkin on a flight, he had no idea he was about to create history. When Jane Birkin discussed her need for a sizeable (yet chic) weekend, Dumas immediately got to work designing the perfect bag for her needs. In 1984, we were introduced to the Birkin, which would quickly become the most coveted bag in history, thanks (in part) to the 48 hours it takes to hand-assemble this exquisite piece, as well as the extensive waitlist you'll need to join to purchase one from stores. Featuring the incredibly rare Horseshoe stamp, this bag was crafted with top collector specifications in mind and is an even more covetable version of the classic Birkin. This pre-owned authentic Birkin features dual colors with a Canopee green base and Soufre yellow trimming. Swift leather has a fine grain that becomes softer over time and is known for having a semi-matte finish. Includes lock, two keys, and a clochette.
