After the highly popular collaborative effort between Sprouse and Marc Jacobs in 2001, a follow-up was largely anticipated. Unfortunately, Sprouse passed away in 2004, and Jacobs decided to use a sketch that Sprouse was working on and honor the late artist in a perfectly fitting way.
