Miami Art Week, more commonly known as Art Basel is Miami’s most glamorous time of year. Each fair showcases some of the best art in the world — from globally renowned masterpieces to talented upcoming artists. This year’s Art Basel turned Miami into a true fashion hub.

Kim Jones took over the city for Dior’s Pre-Fall 2020 show. Dior boats cruised around the waterways in preparation for their runway show filled with A-list celebrities. Harper's Bazaar co-hosted their post-show party, celebrating Jones’ modern take on fashion.

Versace remembered the golden years of Gianni with a capsule home collection by Sasha Bikoff, a deep dive into bold prints and vibrant colors taking us back to early 90s and Miami Vice.

Louis Vuitton debuted the sneaker trunk at their Design District store. Peter Dundas even made an appearance and welcomed everyone into his home for a fun after hours.

Every year for better or for worse, an art piece creates the buzz. This year the honor goes to Maurizio Cattelan and his absurd banana duct-taped to a wall, selling for a crazy $120,000.

You cannot talk about Art Basel without mentioning the outrageous parties and this year the best ones were held at Miami Beach’s most exclusive private homes with performances by some of the biggest DJs and rappers. The week came to a close with Kanye West’s theatrical Sunday Service.

See you next year Art Basel!
