One of the most popular and highly sought-after collections in all of fashion is the Takashi Murakami x Louis Vuitton collaboration. Through Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton collaborated with Murakami in 2003. Murakami is a contemporary artist who works with painting, sculpture, and animation.

The collaboration saw another reimagination of the Monogram, known as the Monogram Multicolore – crafted in technicolor with thirty-three silkscreened colors featured throughout the print.
