The origin of the name "506XX" is said to come from the fact that denim jackets manufactured before 1917 had a lot number; the jacket production continued until around 1947 and is pre-shrunk and hits at the waist. This specific jacket features wear and distressing typical to vintage clothing but the jacket quality and durability has stood the test of time and proves how great of quality the Levi's brand is.
