Initially debuted on the Spring/Summer 2012 runway, Chanel's Deauville collection gained quick popularity for its simplistic and sleek styles combined with fresh yet durable materials. The Deauville collection gets its name from Coco's favorite beach resort in Normandy, meaning warm weather and resort wear were also large influences on the collection. The Deauville bowler is crafted in light pink woven canvas with tonal leather trim and handles, accented with contrast white Rue Cambon embroidery on the front and finished with silver-tone chain hardware. In addition to two leather top handles, the Bowler includes two chain link shoulder straps.
